Question Cymbal washer made of rubber

I have a question for you. Have you ever seen a device that attaches to your cymbal tilter, it is black rubber and approx the same size as a standard cymbal cub for a ride? It has a metal washer on the bottom to keep it attached to the tilter. The ride cup fits over the dome and the cymbal is held in place by the raised collar on the large rubber cup washer. It does not mute the ride at all but serves to securely hold it in place. I got one many years ago from Jack Grondin from .38 Special. I think it may have been made by atlas but I am not sure. Somehow in my move I have lost it and would love to get another one. I don't know what it is called or where to look. eBay has produced nothing.

Just think of a cymbal washer only big like the size of the cup on your ride and made of rubber.
